TRIP TO SAIGON (HO CHI MHIN CITY) Viet Nam

Tihar, November again: time to escape from Kathmandu. Travelling by night is always tiring, a quik stop in Kuala Lumpur and in the morning we are  in Ho Chi Mihn City, better known as Saigon.
Airport clean and tidy, busy with Asian people but not noisy.

First impact with the city: from taxi

We are puzzled and disoriented but we managed a taxi and a ride to the hotel.


The weather is warm and a little humid: perfect break in the freezing nights in Kathmandu.

Bikes!!!

With this city is love at the first sight: not so noisy, not so chaotic, gazillions of bikes, with one, two or three people on. Everyone wearing the helmet, it looks like a moving carneval.

Having light skin is fashionable in Asia, that is why people totally cover themselves.
